LeeAnn started with Baldwin in 1997 in the corporate office performing a variety of duties including the management of two commercial properties for the owner of the company. In 2009 she moved into the Property Management division as an assistant to one of our Account Managers where she has thrived in learning about HOA management. She has a thirst for knowledge.

She became a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) in June 2011 and made it her goal to complete the required educational courses in record time to become certified. She did it: she is now a CCAM!

LeeAnn is the mother of two teenage children and is a Girl Scout leader. In addition, she is heavily involved with the Boy Scouts. She likes to be active. She enjoys hiking and bicycle rides and for rest, she enjoys a good book or visiting with family and friends.
