Stephanie Zevada came to Baldwin Real Estate Management as an Assistant to one of our Account Managers in October 2006. She was asked to take over that position when the position was vacated. Stephanie was a natural to take on the task of Account Manager. She had received hands on training under the Account Manager she assisted, was familiar with the accounts and all the homeowners knew her.

Stephanie is a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and holds the title of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM ® ).

Stephanie is a hard working, lovely young woman. She was born in Los Angeles , graduated from Garfield High and received her A.A. degree from Pasadena City College.

She enjoys hiking, reading biographies, visiting with family and friends, dining out and trying new foods.
